MARCIO LACERDA
STRATEGIC POLITICAL COMMUNICATIONS ACROSS PLATFORMS AND CHANNELS
When Márcio Lacerda sought re-election as Mayor of Belo Horizonte, he faced a political landscape dominated by opposition control of social media and digital influence. I led the digital communications strategy through Cavalaria, designing a campaign that blended clear administrative messaging with a bold online presence.
We built a multi-channel content ecosystem from the ground up, producing and publishing over 400 original videos in 112 days, each tailored for interviews, events, and campaign messaging. From campaign websites to branded social channels and custom music-backed animations, the result was a coordinated narrative that reached over 350,000 views and helped re-elect the mayor.
My role spanned from strategy and creative direction to media production, helping reclaim digital ground and redefine how political communication could connect with voters in real time.
